To upgrade from a bidorbuy Shipping account to a standard uAfrica plan, you will need to contact the uAfrica Support Team. 

We will then need to deactivate your bidorbuy Shipping account and you will need to create a new uAfrica account and re-add your bidorbuy account as a sales channel (you cannot add your bidorbuy account to a new uAfrica account if it is already linked to a Shipping account). Due to security reasons, the process must go through uAfrica Support, and thus, you will not be able to remove your bidorbuy account by yourself.
