To cancel a shipment, navigate to shipments in the left navigation panel and open the shipment that you would like to cancel. Click on the Settings icon in the top right corner of the modal and select “Cancel shipping label”. This will cancel the fulfillment by cancelling the shipping label.

The collection request is automatically canceled on the courier system and sends the courier an automatic email to request that the collection reference be cancelled. However, it might happen that the collection driver is already en route to your collection location and have not seen the cancellation request.
