How to refresh the tracking status on uAfrica
This is no longer relevant for uAfrica.
If you would like to update the tracking on any order marked as “In Transit”, you can follow the below steps:
Find the order for which you’d like to update the tracking and click on the order number.
Scroll down to the “Order Fulfillments” section, click on the hamburger menu under “Actions” and select “Refresh Tracking”.
Once clicked, you will receive a notice at the top of the page to confirm that the tracking has been refreshed.
To see the updated tracking status, scroll down the page again to “Order Logs”.
