If you want to use a different courier that uAfrica doesn’t integrate with (for example Aramex, Fastways or FedEx), you can still use uAfrica to track your parcel. This feature gives you the ability to use your usual South African courier, but also make use of the tracking emails from uAfrica.
Log into uAfrica, and click the “Orders” tab. Find the order you want to fulfill and click on the order number. Then select the “Tracking Only” button in the top right of the screen.
From the drop-down menu, select your preferred courier and add the standard tracking number that has been given to you by the courier. Remember to click the “Fulfil Order” button.
Notification emails will be sent to you and your customer based on your notification settings.
