Troubleshooting for errors logging into uAfrica
If you are struggling to log into your uAfrica account or are receiving a 404 error message, follow the steps outlined below to try and resolve the issue.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right click “More tools” > Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range (To delete everything, select All time).
- Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
- Once cleared, try to log back into www.uafrica.com. If the problem persists, please email support@uafrica.com with a screenshot of the error.
