Troubleshooting for errors logging into uAfrica

If you are struggling to log into your uAfrica account or are receiving a 404 error message, follow the steps outlined below to try and resolve the issue.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right click “More tools” > Clear browsing data.
     
  3. At the top, choose a time range (To delete everything, select All time).
  4. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  5. Click Clear data.
  6. Once cleared, try to log back into www.uafrica.com. If the problem persists, please email support@uafrica.com with a screenshot of the error.
