My orders are not importing into uAfrica

This is no longer applicable on uAfrica.

Problem: 

Orders are not importing into uAfrica from bidorbuy, Shopify or WooCommerce.

Solution:

  1. In uAfrica, click on the “Orders” tab.
  2. Click on “Import Orders” in the secondary tab.
  3. Select “Sales Channels”.
  4. Select your time period to import from, going back seven days.
  5. Click “Import”.
  6. If your orders still don’t import, please contact the uAfrica support team.
