My orders are not importing into uAfrica
Problem:
Orders are not importing into uAfrica from bidorbuy, Shopify or WooCommerce.
Solution:
- In uAfrica, click on the “Orders” tab.
- Click on “Import Orders” in the secondary tab.
- Select “Sales Channels”.
- Select your time period to import from, going back seven days.
- Click “Import”.
- If your orders still don’t import, please contact the uAfrica support team.
